What started as a fun challenge in my late twenties quickly transformed into a fiery passion for aerial arts. Along the way, I discovered the power of patience, resilience, and unwavering self-trust. Now, I channel that energy into aerial and pole fitness, empowering others to break through their limits, build unshakable confidence, and embrace the joy of their own strength.

AERIAL SILKS

Defy gravity and build strength in this graceful, full-body workout. In my Aerial Silks classes, you'll learn climbs, wraps, inversions, and flowing sequences—starting from the basics and progressing at your own pace. Perfect for beginners or anyone looking to challenge themselves in a supportive, creative space.
